Arayes
- 1361g Ground Beef
- Pack of Pita Bread
- 2 Bunches Parsley
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 White Onion
- 2 Jalapeños
- 3 Tbsp Ground Cumin
- 3 Tbsp Sumac
- 2 Tbsp Aleppo Pepper
- 4 Tbsp Paprika
- 3 Tbsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp Pepper
- 4 Tbsp @bearandburtons W Sauce
Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Yogurt
- 5 Tbsp Za’atar (Ground Mix Thyme)
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Lemon Squeeze
- 3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1/4 Cup Water (to thin) optional
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender add in parsley, garlic, onions, jalapeños, and blend.
- With a paper towel squeeze out as much liquid as you can.
- Add ingredients to the ground beef with Bear & Burtons W Sauce for added flavor and add all the spices listed above.
- Mix all those flavors together and add it to the inside of a pita.
- On a high heat pan sear the pita on all sides and use chili oil to get some great color (optional).
- About 2 minutes on all sides making sure the ground beef is cooked through.
- To plate rub with melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
