Ingredients

Arayes

  • 1361g Ground Beef
  • Pack of Pita Bread
  • 2 Bunches Parsley
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 White Onion
  • 2 Jalapeños
  • 3 Tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 3 Tbsp Sumac
  • 2 Tbsp Aleppo Pepper
  • 4 Tbsp Paprika
  • 3 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Tbsp @bearandburtons W Sauce

Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt
  • 5 Tbsp Za’atar (Ground Mix Thyme)
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Lemon Squeeze
  • 3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Water (to thin) optional

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender add in parsley, garlic, onions, jalapeños, and blend.
  2. With a paper towel squeeze out as much liquid as you can.
  3. Add ingredients to the ground beef with Bear & Burtons W Sauce for added flavor and add all the spices listed above.
  4. Mix all those flavors together and add it to the inside of a pita.
  5. On a high heat pan sear the pita on all sides and use chili oil to get some great color (optional).
  6. About 2 minutes on all sides making sure the ground beef is cooked through.
  7. To plate rub with melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
