How to move over a whole repo

git clone --bare https://github.com/EXAMPLE-USER/FORK-NAME.git  

1. Mirror-push the repository back to the same remote URL.

   cd FORK-NAME.git  
   git push --mirror https://github.com/EXAMPLE-USER/FORK-NAME.git
