Ingredients

  • 30g flour/ instant oats
  • 30g protein powder (vanilla)
  • 3g baking powder
  • 100ml sparkling water
  • 200g greek yogurt/ skyr
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • flav drops/ flav powder
  • optionally: an oreo

Instructions

Mix the flour or instant oats together with the protein powder, baking powder, and water. Microwave for about 2 minutes. Mix the cocoa powder with a splash of water and, if desired, sweeten the cocoa mixture and the greek yogurt with flavor drops or flavor powder. Now top your mugcake with the greek yogurt and the cocoa mixture, and let it rest in the fridge overnight. In the morning, you can add an oreo if desired and enjoy!
