Ingredients

  • carrot, grated
  • 60g vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 100g oats
  • 100g oat flour (simply blend oats in a blender)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 480ml milk of choice
  • 30g chopped pecans + extra for the top
  • 40g Raisins

topping:
x 3 160g GetPRO Vanilla High Protein Yoghurt
Chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 180c
  2. combine ingredients except for GetPRO in a greased baking dish.
  3. bake for 35-40 minutes.
  4. allow cool fully before topping with GetPRO Vanilla and chopped pecans.
  5. slice & enjoy - keep in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
