Ingredients
- carrot, grated
- 60g vegan vanilla protein powder
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 100g oats
- 100g oat flour (simply blend oats in a blender)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 480ml milk of choice
- 30g chopped pecans + extra for the top
- 40g Raisins
topping:
x 3 160g GetPRO Vanilla High Protein Yoghurt
Chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- preheat oven to 180c
- combine ingredients except for GetPRO in a greased baking dish.
- bake for 35-40 minutes.
- allow cool fully before topping with GetPRO Vanilla and chopped pecans.
- slice & enjoy - keep in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
