Ingredients
- 50g rolled oats
- 100ml milk
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 50g Greek yoghurt
- 1tsp. Cacao powder
- 1 scoop (30g) Whey protein powder
- 1bsp. Peanut butter
Instructions
- Start by mixing your protein powder, cacao powder and Greek yogurt, until few lumps remain.
- Next, stir in your milk of choice and add peanut butter.
- Mix in the rolled oats and pour into a dish. Cover with a lid or cling film and place into the fridge for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
- Once the oats have plumped up, remove them from the fridge and enjoy as a grab-and-go breakfast.
