Ingredients
- 2lbs lean ground beef
- 3 large bell peppers
- 1/2 onion
- 2 packets low sodium taco seasoning
- 8 low cal tortilla wraps
- Sprinkle of low fat cheddar cheese
For the sauce:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (preferably low-fat or non-fat)
- 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce from the can
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
