Ingredients

  • 2lbs lean ground beef
  • 3 large bell peppers
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 packets low sodium taco seasoning
  • 8 low cal tortilla wraps
  • Sprinkle of low fat cheddar cheese

For the sauce:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (preferably low-fat or non-fat)
  • 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce from the can
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
