Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup / 86g chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean extract
  • 1.5 cup / 325ml milk
  • 1 espresso shot coffee (I used decaf)
  • 1.5 cup / 310g yoghurt
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Combine your chia seeds, milk, espresso shot, maple syrup, vanilla and 1 cup/ 230g yoghurt together.
  2. Place into cups/ jars and leave to set for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  3. Once ready to eat, finish with the remaining yoghurt and cocoa powder. Enjoy!
