Ingredients
- 1/2 cup / 86g chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean extract
- 1.5 cup / 325ml milk
- 1 espresso shot coffee (I used decaf)
- 1.5 cup / 310g yoghurt
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Combine your chia seeds, milk, espresso shot, maple syrup, vanilla and 1 cup/ 230g yoghurt together.
- Place into cups/ jars and leave to set for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Once ready to eat, finish with the remaining yoghurt and cocoa powder. Enjoy!
