Ingredients

  • ½ pack of Lotus biscuits
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 natural cream cheese spreads (e.g., Twój Smak by Piątnica)
  • 75 ml heavy cream (30%)
  • 3 tbsp cookie butter (available at Lidl, brand: Sante)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and 1 tbsp of cookie butter, then mix thoroughly.
  2. Gradually pour in the heavy cream and whip until well combined. Place the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Crush about 7 Lotus biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  4. Line a dish or mold with baking paper. Spread the crushed biscuit mixture evenly and press it down to form the base.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the biscuit base. Place in the fridge for at least 6 hours to set.
  6. Once set, pour melted cookie butter on top (soften the cookie butter by placing it in warm water for a few minutes). Chill in the fridge for another 30 minutes before serving.
