- ½ pack of Lotus biscuits
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 natural cream cheese spreads (e.g., Twój Smak by Piątnica)
- 75 ml heavy cream (30%)
- 3 tbsp cookie butter (available at Lidl, brand: Sante)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Whip the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and 1 tbsp of cookie butter, then mix thoroughly.
- Gradually pour in the heavy cream and whip until well combined. Place the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Crush about 7 Lotus biscuits and mix with melted butter.
- Line a dish or mold with baking paper. Spread the crushed biscuit mixture evenly and press it down to form the base.
- Pour the cream mixture over the biscuit base. Place in the fridge for at least 6 hours to set.
- Once set, pour melted cookie butter on top (soften the cookie butter by placing it in warm water for a few minutes). Chill in the fridge for another 30 minutes before serving.
