Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup ginger root cut into small pieces (peel on)
- 6 lemons juiced
- 4 mandarins peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Wash the ginger thoroughly. Leave the peel on and slice it into thin pieces.
- Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend on high until the mixture is pureed and smooth.
- Line a colander with a cheesecloth and position it over a bowl. Pour the ginger puree into the cheesecloth and drain out the liquid.
- Pour the strained liquid into 10 different shot glasses. Reserve and enjoy immediately!
