Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup ginger root cut into small pieces (peel on)
  • 6 lemons juiced
  • 4 mandarins peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash the ginger thoroughly. Leave the peel on and slice it into thin pieces. 

  2. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend on high until the mixture is pureed and smooth. 

  3. Line a colander with a cheesecloth and position it over a bowl. Pour the ginger puree into the cheesecloth and drain out the liquid.

  4. Pour the strained liquid into 10 different shot glasses. Reserve and enjoy immediately!
