Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of building production-quality web applications in TypeScript
- Comfortable working across both backend and frontend development
- Experience with Node.js-based systems

- Knowledge of GraphQL API, Prisma, and Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with AWS and Terraform for deployment and infrastructure management
- Experience with modern AI technologies (Vercel AI SDK mentioned for new projects)
- Experience with TanStack, Redis (mentioned for new AI-driven project)
Experience and Leadership
- Senior-level experience in software engineering
- Experience leading planning, development, and deployment of large parts of systems
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Ability to lead design reviews for complex systems

Location and Compensation
- Location: Edinburgh office or remote with quarterly travel to Edinburgh
- Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000

Interview Process
- Initial call: 30-minute Zoom call with Senior Talent Partner
- 1st round: Technical test followed by a technical interview
- Final round: Values & culture interview and final meeting with Platform CEO
