Ingredients
Ingredients (per 1/4 tray):
- white rice (200g, cooked)
- sriracha (2 tbsp)
- kewpie mayo (2 tbsp)
- soy sauce (1 tbsp)
- green onion (1 whole, topping)
- sesame seeds (topping)
- furikake (topping)
- seaweed (cut, salted)
Ingredients for the salmon (per 1/4 tray):
- Atlantic salmon (5 oz, raw)
- salt (1 tsp)
- black pepper (1 tsp)
- paprika (1/2 tbsp)
- garlic powder (1 tsp)
Instructions
- Start by seasoning the salmon with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Make sure to get an even coat.
- Lay it on parchment paper and bake in the oven at 400F for 12 minutes in the oven.
- Get your favorite cooked rice and put that and the cooked salmon in a bowl. Drizzle the sriracha, kewpie mayo, and soy sauce on top and sprinkle the sesame seeds and furikake. These two aren’t a must but I personally love the extra flavor and texture they give.
- Mix everything together with a fork and place it in an empty tray or divide evenly into Tupperware to save for later and enjoy!
