Ingredients

Ingredients (per 1/4 tray):

  • white rice (200g, cooked)
  • sriracha (2 tbsp)
  • kewpie mayo (2 tbsp)
  • soy sauce (1 tbsp)
  • green onion (1 whole, topping)
  • sesame seeds (topping)
  • furikake (topping)
  • seaweed (cut, salted)

Ingredients for the salmon (per 1/4 tray):

  • Atlantic salmon (5 oz, raw)
  • salt (1 tsp)
  • black pepper (1 tsp)
  • paprika (1/2 tbsp)
  • garlic powder (1 tsp)

Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the salmon with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Make sure to get an even coat.
  2. Lay it on parchment paper and bake in the oven at 400F for 12 minutes in the oven.
  3. Get your favorite cooked rice and put that and the cooked salmon in a bowl. Drizzle the sriracha, kewpie mayo, and soy sauce on top and sprinkle the sesame seeds and furikake. These two aren’t a must but I personally love the extra flavor and texture they give.
  4. Mix everything together with a fork and place it in an empty tray or divide evenly into Tupperware to save for later and enjoy!
