Q&As
Why do you want to work for Lloyds
I want to work for Lloyds because, based on my feeling, it is a company that makes strategic plans and plans long term, which is important and aligns with my way of thinking.
Lloyds has a good reputation and supports all sizes of businesses and investors, invests in housing and cares about the customers. This aligns with my personal values as I want to build software that helps people and customers. I want to work for a business that cares about people and makes positive impact on their lives.
Also, joining a big financial instituion like Lloyds gives me an opportunity to deepen my expertise in buildinf financial products at scale. I have a background in a smaller financial environment that taught me quite a lot not only about building software, but gave me a different perspective on financial products, and I can bring fresh and innovative approached to the table.
I also am impressed by the fact that your tech tallent tends to stay for years, which says a lot about company’s commitment to personal growth and care about its people.
Lloyds sounds like a perfect match, a place where I can contribute to meaningful projects, learn from great people with a lot of knowledge and be part of the team that drives positive change across the UK.
