Ingredients
- 3 cup oats
- 3 cup milk
- 3 smashed bananas
- 3 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 6 scoops chocolate or peanut butter protein powder
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 60g mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Min everything and distribute evenly amongst 6 bowls
- Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight
- Add some bananas and chopped nats on top if you wish
