Ingredients

  • 3 cup oats
  • 3 cup milk
  • 3 smashed bananas
  • 3 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 6 scoops chocolate or peanut butter protein powder
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 60g mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Min everything and distribute evenly amongst 6 bowls
  2. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight
  3. Add some bananas and chopped nats on top if you wish
