Chicken Caesar Wrap

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 chicken breast (spices: sweet paprika, hot paprika, granulated garlic, cumin, granulated onion, turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, pepper)
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 tortilla
  • Parmesan shavings

Caesar Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Dried parsley, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lettuce: Chop the romaine lettuce and set it aside.
  2. Season the chicken: Marinate the chicken breast in a blend of sweet paprika, hot paprika, granulated garlic, cumin, granulated onion, turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken breast for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Cook the bacon: In the same skillet, fry the bacon until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  5. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce (if using), grated Parmesan, black pepper, and dried parsley.
  6. Assemble the wrap: Place the chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken (sliced), and bacon on the tortilla. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and top with Parmesan shavings.
