Ingredients
Chicken Caesar Wrap
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 chicken breast (spices: sweet paprika, hot paprika, granulated garlic, cumin, granulated onion, turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, pepper)
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 tortilla
- Parmesan shavings
Caesar Dressing
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
- Black pepper, to taste
- Dried parsley, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the lettuce: Chop the romaine lettuce and set it aside.
- Season the chicken: Marinate the chicken breast in a blend of sweet paprika, hot paprika, granulated garlic, cumin, granulated onion, turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken breast for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Cook the bacon: In the same skillet, fry the bacon until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- Make the dressing: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce (if using), grated Parmesan, black pepper, and dried parsley.
- Assemble the wrap: Place the chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken (sliced), and bacon on the tortilla. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and top with Parmesan shavings.
