Ingredients

  • 40g Oats
  • 30g Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 12g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
  • 10g Powdered PB
  • 4g Zero Calorie Sweetener
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 15g Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except for the mini chocolate chips to a small blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl, then slowly add cold water while mixing until it reaches a cookie dough-like consistency. It should be slightly more runny than typical cookie dough, as it will set more overnight.
  3. Stir in the mini chocolate chips, then refrigerate overnight. For a quicker set, place in the freezer for about an hour.
  4. Use a cookie scooper to portion out and add on top for aesthetics. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • Whey/Casein blend protein should work fine as a substitute, but it is less absorbent than vegan protein, so adjust water accordingly.
  • If substituting cookie butter powder, use a mix of additional protein powder and powdered PB in equal parts.
