Ingredients

1kg 96% ground beef
Seasoning: 3 tspn coarse salt, 2 tsp onion, 2 tspn garlic, 1 tspn paprika, 1 tspn chili powder
200g red enchilada sauce

400g 0% greek yogurt
200g Pico de gallo
160g 2% cheddar
120g fat free cheddar
120g green chiles
50g nutritional yeast
40g honey or brown sugar
1 bunch chopped cilantro
15g beef bone broth powder or bouillon
12 Wraps

Instructions

  1. Fry ground beef with seasoning and the sauce
  2. Move all that meat into an oven dish, add the rest of ingredients and refrigerate for 10-30 minutes to thicken
  3. Allocate filling to tortillas to store them in a freezer and wrap them in a tin foil

Reheat instructions

Remove from freezer, wrap in a paper towel, microwave for 2 minutes to defrost, then air fry at 375 for 6-8 minutes to crisp up your tortilla
