Ingredients
1kg 96% ground beef
Seasoning: 3 tspn coarse salt, 2 tsp onion, 2 tspn garlic, 1 tspn paprika, 1 tspn chili powder
200g red enchilada sauce
400g 0% greek yogurt
200g Pico de gallo
160g 2% cheddar
120g fat free cheddar
120g green chiles
50g nutritional yeast
40g honey or brown sugar
1 bunch chopped cilantro
15g beef bone broth powder or bouillon
12 Wraps
Instructions
- Fry ground beef with seasoning and the sauce
- Move all that meat into an oven dish, add the rest of ingredients and refrigerate for 10-30 minutes to thicken
- Allocate filling to tortillas to store them in a freezer and wrap them in a tin foil
Reheat instructions
Remove from freezer, wrap in a paper towel, microwave for 2 minutes to defrost, then air fry at 375 for 6-8 minutes to crisp up your tortilla
